Can I order by phone?
  A : Yes, you may contact our Customer Service Department at 713 750 9063. It will speed up the ordering process for yourself and our customer service team if you pre-register yourself on our website. Simply click this 「link」 to register now.
Do I have to register to purchase goods from the website?

How do I select the right drawer slides?
  A : Please refer to 「 How to choose the drawer slides 」 . You can also contact online customer service for more support.
Do you charge sales tax on any items?
  A : King Slide Mall is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Texas. If you are shipping to Texas, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.
How do I know if I place the order successfully?
  A : Shortly after placing your order, you'll receive an email confirming that we've received your order. You'll receive a second email when your order has shipped. Please save these emails for your records.
How do I check my order?
  A : Go to 「 My account 」then click ” My Order”. You should see your order in this section.
What if I want to cancel or change the order?
  A : Cancellation or order change requests must be processed by a customer service team member. Please contact online customer service or call 713 750 9063. Speaking with a team member allows us to review and process your request as fast as possible. An order can only be cancelled/revised if it has not shipped. Once the order is en route, it then becomes a return and must follow our return policy.
Where are your products manufactured?
  A : All products at King Slide Mall are designed and manufactured in Taiwan.
What forms of payment do you accept?
  A : King Slide currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for all orders.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
  A : Yes! King Slide Mall understands that the safety of your personal information is very important to you. We use a wide range of electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.
All credit card information is encrypted as soon as you change fields in the order entry screen and then that information is erased from our system after your order is processed.
When placing an order, I receive an error message stating there has been an authorization failure. What do I need to do?
  A : Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card and what you entered. Also, please be aware that King Slide Mall currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for credit card payment, and Paypal. Please contact your card-issuing bank and our customer services for related issues.
Do I get an invoice for my order?
  A : Yes. King Slide Mall will send you an electronic invoice through email once your order is completed. We will also send a physical invoice along with your order when delivered to you.
How does King Slide Mall ship my order?
  A : We ship parcels by UPS and FedEx
How long will it take to get my order?
  A : Depending where you are located, King Slide Mall will advise the delivery days at checkout. All in-stock orders ship within two days or on Monday if the order is placed over a weekend. In most of the areas within the U.S., the delivery takes up 1-5 days.
Do you offer other shipping options?
  A : We do not offer other shipping options at this time. Most of our products are shipped out within two business days after you order them. If you need to arrange for special shipping, please make note of your needs in the comments section of your order.
How much is the shipping fee?
  A : The shipping cost can also be calculated at the time you check out the order.
Where can I have my order shipped?
  A : We ship anywhere within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. We’re currently unable to ship outside the United States and Canada.
We are unable to ship to a United States territory directly. Please use a freight forwarder if that is the product’s end destination.
After Sales
I did not receive the products, or I received the wrong product. What do I do?
  A : In the event that your order is not delivered, please contact customer service. If you believe you have received the wrong product, please verify the item number of the item(s) you received compared to your order confirmation e-mail and/or packing list. If anything does not match, then please contact customer service so we can assist in getting the wrong item(s) returned and the correct item(s) sent out.
My purchase was damaged in transit. How do I return it, request a replacement, and file a freight claim?
  A : If you notice damage while the carrier is on site, then DO NOT take possession of the damaged product(s). Instead, take pictures of the damage, gather copies of the paperwork from the carrier (if possible), and refuse delivery. Next, contact the appropriate customer service.
If you notice damage after delivery (concealed damage), then take pictures of the damage, and contact the customer service. Most carriers only allow 2 business days after delivery to file a freight claim, so please contact us as soon as possible.
You may also log into “My account” then click “My Order”. You will see the button “Return the order” in your order section. When applying for return, please indicate “damaged in shipping” as the return reason. In the description please give as much detail as possible of the damage. Make sure to specify whether you would like a replacement item or would like to return the item for refund King Slide Mall will not be able to help with any complaints of damages, including visible or material defects, after the product has been installed or altered.
Can I return the products?
  A : If you are not satisfied for any reason, products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full refund (provided the product is undamaged). Please note the buyers are responsible for the delivery fee for returning the products (except for damaged goods or incorrect delivery).

Returned items must be in the original packaging. All returns must include the return approval from our customer service.
Please include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip with your return approval as proof of purchase.
Returns received at King Slide Mall without a return approval may be assessed a 25% restocking (processing) fee within 30 days of purchase. To avoid a restocking fee, exchange the returned merchandise for equal value at the time of return.
How do I request to return the product?
  General or defective returns are accepted for items purchased from King Slide Mall. We accept general returns up to 30 days after receipt and defective returns up to 60 days. There's no minimum value on returns. Qualifications for a general return:
Return requested within 30 days of delivery
Must be in resalable condition
Must be free from scratches and/or defects
Must not have been installed
Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging
May not have any writing on the original packaging
May not be missing pieces
  Qualifications for a defective return:
Return must be requested within 60 days of delivery
Item has a defect that hinders its usability for the purpose for which it was designed and manufactured
  King Slide Mall is not responsible for any labor costs related to handling, installing, or uninstalling items purchased.
How do I send my return?
  A : Repack all items very well and prepare them for shipment (we recommend using the packaging from the original shipment). Follow the instructions provided with the return approval we sent via email. Drop your shipment off at any UPS pickup facility. If you are not using the method that we provided, then please use a carrier that offers tracking (like UPS) and remember to provide us with the carrier and tracking information.
I have trouble installing the products?
  A : Please contact online customer service or email for technical support.
How do I get my refund and how long does it take to receive my refund once the items are returned?
  A : It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the King Slide Mall’s warehouse. Once it is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Please contact you card-issuing bank if you do not receive your refund.
