|Return & Exchange Policy
|Each domestic UPS parcel is covered automatically up to a value of $100 against loss or damage. Or you may purchase extra shipping insurance at checkout. UPS requires that you file within nine months for damaged or undelivered parcels. A package must be undelivered for 24 hours after the expected delivery date in order for it to be considered lost. you will need a completed claim form, evidence of insurance, evidence of value, and proof of damage or loss of contents.
|If you notice damage while the carrier is on site, then DO NOT take possession of the damaged product(s). Instead, take pictures of the damage, gather copies of the paperwork from the carrier (if possible), and refuse delivery. Next, contact the appropriate customer service. Before signing for your parcel, please check if there is any condition as below:
|The package has damages.
|There is the trace that the parcel has be opened.
|The number of products you ordered are marked incorrectly on the label. In the above circumstances, it is recommended for you to notify the courier, refuse to sign for the parcel, and take photos as evidences on the spot. Please do ask the logistics drivers to sign on the sheet as a proof for further claims.
|RECEIVED SOMETHING FAULTY?
|If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown (first of all, sorry, this is our bad) we will happily meet our legal and good natured obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. Shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren't returning.
|We are happy to accept back any standard product that is as long as it is unused and in re-saleable condition with original packaging as applicable. You MUST request return first. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS will be returned to the customer or subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any item that has been used, missing parts, not in original manufacturer packaging where applicable or damaged may be refused for refund.
|All products purchased at King Slide Mall are authentic. If you are not satisfied for any reason, products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange by law (provided the product is undamaged or unused). The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
|If you purchase through King Slide’s distributors, please refer to their return instructions or contact them for more information.
|Repack all items including everything in the original parcel, package, return approval, and invoice very well and prepare them for shipment.
|Returned items must be in the original packaging.
|All returns must include a Return Authorization (RA) number that can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department at 713-750-9063 or through emails.
|The refund may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the King Slide’s warehouse. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
|If you would like to exchange the products to another model with different prices, please proceed the order as “return” and place a new order instead.
|When you apply for “Return”, do note the reason of returns. If the order has quality issue, please indicate and attach photos as proofs.
|The buyers are responsible for the delivery fee for returning the products (except for damaged goods or incorrect delivery).
|Please check the parcel thoroughly on the spot when the delivery arrives. If you notice any damage on the package, do not accept the parcel. King Slide Mall does not accept returns when you sign for the parcel that has damages on the parcel.
|Qualifications for a general return:
|Return requested within 30 days of delivery
|Must be in resalable condition
|Must be free from scratches and/or defects
|Must not have been installed
|Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging
|May not have any writing on the original packaging
|May not be missing pieces

|Apply for Return
|Please log into ”My Account” > Click “My Order” > Click ”Return” > Fill out return information > Submit the return form. The button “Return the Order” is only shown when the order has arrived the delivering address. You can apply for return if you would like to return the products. Please note that the buyers are responsible for the postage fee except for the returns of damaged products during or before transportation.
|King Slide Mall’s customer service will contact you as soon as we can after you submit the return application. Once the details are confirmed, the return approval will be sent to you.
|Items must be returned in the original manufacture’s packing. Repack all items including everything in the original parcel, package, return approval, and invoice very well and prepare them for shipment.
|Once we receive your item and confirm the products meet the return & refund standard, the refund will be initialed immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
|If you paid by credit card or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing banks within five business days. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit card will be posted to your account.
|If you pay through Paypal, your refund will be returned to your Paypal account directly.
